This Service enables the User to view the insurance offerings provided by MSH International and, under certain conditions, to purchase some of the offerings online. In order to purchase the insurance offerings provided by MSH International, the User must be at least 18 years old.

The information on the Website is provided for general information purposes and should not be treated as advice. It in no way claims to be exhaustive. In spite of content updates to the Site, MSH International will not be held liable for any changes to administrative and legal provisions arising following publication. The simulations presented on the Website are designed to provide you with information by way of reference only. 1-c / Terms and conditions of obtaining a quote or purchasing insurance online
When the User requests a quote or makes a purchase on the Website, they are asked to fill out a questionnaire containing the personal information required to process the request. This personal information is required in order for the request to be considered. This information is essential to an assessment of the User’s circumstances and to generate the corresponding premium rate. If the User accepts it, the insurance contract is concluded on the basis of the information recorded in the questionnaire. It is therefore essential for the User to respond accurately to the questions as, in cases of omission or incorrect responses, compensation will be reduced or canceled by the insurer in accordance with the French Insurance Code.
Purchasing insurance online
To purchase the insurance, the User must follow the instructions given at each step of the online application process. Each step requires confirmation by the User before moving onto the next one. During the online application process, the User can make corrections at any time by returning to the previous step using the link provided for this purpose. On completion of the purchase, the User will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during the application process confirming receipt of the application for membership of the plan provided by your broker, MSH International. This email contains a link enabling the User to regain access to their application which is stored in a secure database and is accessible from the Members’ Area.
1-d / Right to cancel and cancellation procedureIn accordance with the French rules on distance selling, the User may cancel the purchase by sending a registered letter with proof of delivery to MSH International at the address shown in the General Terms and Conditions of the plan which were provided at the time of purchasing the insurance on our website, within 14 days from the date of purchase of the plan.
The plan will end on the date of receipt of the letter of cancellation and the premiums already paid will be refunded, other than those corresponding to the period of cover which has already passed.
To do this, the User may use the following template letter:

In order to electronically sign their application for insurance, the User must enter the “signature code” sent to them by SMS (to their cellphone) when they click on “Get my signature code by SMS.” This signature code, which is valid for a limited time and strictly personal and confidential, will enable the User, once they have accepted the terms of the insurance contract (application form, benefits, information booklet and general terms and conditions) to sign the contract and purchase the insurance immediately by clicking on “sign”. The electronic signature provided by MSH International is a reliable method of identifying the User and one which complies with the legal standards in force to guarantee the authenticity of the signatory and the integrity of the information provided by them.
1-f / Proof of membership and storage of documents
The application for membership which is signed electronically, certified, time and date-stamped and stored electronically proves the existence of your membership of ASFE and the insurance agreements entered into by them, the identity of the signatory and the integrity of documents signed in this way.
The contractual documents are stored electronically with probative value by the company MSH International with a third party and in compliance with current standards, and may be produced as part of any litigation or mediation procedure. The User must retain their contractual documents on paper or electronically. If they are lost, the User may access these documents by making a request to the Company MSH International at the address shown on the General Terms and Conditions of the plan which were provided at the time of purchasing the insurance. The cost of retrieving the documents will be charged to the User at the rate in force on the day of the request.
